I have had noting but issues with this company. Money disappearing from my account, service agents not knowing how to recover my money (this amount is probably close to R10k already), damaged parcels even the driver threatening me inside my own property. The Sales Manager Charmaine Pelser, area "manager" Ricky ****ey right up to the MD Stephen does NOTHING to assist and they only send you from pillar to post. They are the cheapest because they clearly run a very ********* company with staff that's incapable of addressing any type of issues.
