Undisclosure of fees

I am really upset about my parcel. The courier guy collect my parcel after I was paying R230 after collection they send me an email that I must pay an extra R750 Thhey dispatch my parcel without my confirmation that it was in order to collect my parcel for R980. The discrepancy in price was too high. I could have made other arrangements because It is unacceptable to pay almost R1000 for a parcel where I could have paid R 110 via paxi or Pargo. My parcel was only a kettle and a simple dish rack.
