Undelivered parcel noted as delivered from their side

I ordered stuff from S.P.C.C the order was supposed to be delivered on the 17 of March , on the expected delivery date I got an email saying parcel recoeved which I never recieved, sent them emails , they searched for my parcel and found it and even sent me pictures of the items till today I'm still waiting for a delivery, they don't respond to my texts anymore.
