Undelivered parcel

I have send a parcel to Pritoria from Welkom on the 05/05/2022, only one parcel was delivered I have been calling no one is helping and it looks like they don't care,because on Saturday I spoke to one of the ladies at the Welkom branch she said I should call Pritoria myself to look for my parcel but I gave the Welkom branch my parcel not Pritoria,till today my parcel is still not delivered
