Undelivered parcel

I sent a parcel via Rush with the Courier Guy today waybill TCGR506248 for same day delivery. I have been waiting for feedback on the status of the delivery since 2pm no response received. I call again now and am told my parcel that was for sameday delivery will only be delivered on Wednesday now. This is unacceptable service no one even bothers to come back to you. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
