Undelivered package

Have ordered a package on temu. After three weeks I got a call from one of the agents from the courier guy for confirmation of my adress. Till then nothing was delivered to me until the estimated delivery date passed. I called the courier guys number to inquire and was told they still don't have the parcel as it is still at the warehouse. I'm so confused and very disappointed about this poor service delivery as no one knows where my parcel is at and now had to claim for a refund which I'm still waiting for.
