Unanswered calls

I'm not happy with Courier Guy office in Bloemfontein, they don't pick up the calls, I've been trying to make calls but with no luck, I want to trace my parcel TCG***3 that took the whole week before it reaches the destination, that's not good way to treat their customers, the phone just ringing and no answer, it is called poor service
