Unallocated credit and worse online Customer service

Booked a locker and bought credit which never reflected on my app kept following up by email and Whatsapp since 1/12/23 kept getting reminders to top up my credit before my booking expires but I was waiting for my payfast credit since even today nothing kept following up customer agent today tells me I used up my credit 🤔 how where when since 1/12/23 I have been waiting for the payfast credit to show in my Pudo credit nothing since I even missed the delivery date cause I fid not have credit allocated now they tell me stories 😤😤😤😤😤 Bad service worse customer care service being sent from pillar to post
