Unacceptable service and customer service

I am not one to complain but this is unacceptable! Not one parcel sent out this week has been delivered on time (same day parcels take 2-3 days and overnight parcels taking over a week). Shocking service and terrible customer service. When I called in the man I spoke to was dismissive and rude. He could not help me with my problem and could not give me any information. Kept me on hold for over 20 minutes and came back with nothing new. He eventually ended with “I don’t have f*cking time for this” and put the phone down. Absolutely disgusting! When I called back and asked to speak to the manager I was told that I had to speak to other departments first. My issue has still not been resolved.
