Case #***3. My parcel was sent to the wrong locker, only to find out that the locker wasn't working. It hasnt been working for weeks according to Astron Hobie beach employees. To my frustration, when I called, I was told that they have to wait until the PIN has expired. Not only that, but technicians don't work on weekends
