UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE COURIER GUY

Unacceptable delivery experience from The Courier Guy. Received SMS at 07:25 AM stating my package out for delivery. I cancelled my plans, and remained home all day to ensure receipt. As of 7 PM, no package, no communication, only a useless tracking code. To add to the frustration, it's a 4 day long weekend from tomorrow, and I am not sure when the package will get to me (if it ever does).
