Unacceptable delivery protocol

Very concerned about their delivery protocols. Absoluty unacceptable behaviour, putting the receiver at serious safety risk. They will not deliver another parcel to me or my family. When you try to communicate with them regarding their actions they just block you. Very unsettling!
