Unacceptable Delay and No Accountability

I have been waiting for a package for over a week, even though it is being shipped from just a few kilometres away from my office. The online tracking system showed that the package was delivered last week, but there was no proof of delivery provided.

I called the courier and spoke to a lady named Gagiso. She confirmed that the package had not been delivered but gave no valid reason for the delay. She told me it would be delivered that same day. The package still has not arrived.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects a lack of reliability, poor communication, and no accountability.
