*****ulant inflation of parcel dimensions

I am sick and tired of The Courier Guy inflating the dimensions of my parcels and then just deducting the "outstanding" amount from my account without any consultation. I then have to wait for the parcel to be delivered, ask my client to send photos as proof of the correct dimensions I initially submitted and then wait for The Courier Guy to issue a refund, which is conveniently never immediate. Do you employ dumb people, who do not know how to read a measuring tape or ruler?!?! Do you use machines that are faulty and take incorrect measurements? Or are you just plain *******?!?!?! Their prices have become ridiculously inflated, so expect a level of professionalism - but all I get are accusations that I submitted the incorrect measurements. You are committing ***** and theft. I have other shipments to book, but have to wait until you eventually refund.
