UAfrica com and The Couirer guy headache

9 December 21 , I used Uafrica.com to book a parcel with The Couirer guy from JHb to Lichtenburg. 2 parcels (Porsche panamera car parts a fender and a side sill) the driver collected both the items only on the 14th they collected after we called them multiple times asking when are you collecting. 4 days later only 1 item (fender) arrives at their depot in Lichtenburg. At this point our customer was fuming and very frustrated by the delay And why would it take so long to deliver only to find that they have 1 item only ...he drove to their depot to collect it himself as they kept giving excuses about not being able to deliver. They promised to update us on the other 2nd part . Both Uafrica and The Couirer guy didn't answer their phones they don't update on any progress. As if that was not enough they claim that driver only picked up one item from us. We sent them the collection slip that shows the driver has collected two items they stilldenied. We then have to find footage showing the driver collecting the 2 items ..I emailed it to them. My goods were insured. Today it's Christmas Day still no update. I have requested they pay out my insurance . They don't answer their phones the past 8 days , they don't reply to emails . Only email they sent they claimed Lichtenburg branch has the 2nd item. My client went to Lichtenburg branch again he was told the 2nd item is not there. Have since sent multiple emails asking for my insurance to be paid out , still no feedback...what a bull**** service will never ever use this nonsense service. We are 3rd world country indeed.
