Or I have to correct myself I had 4 orders and 3 delivered prompt with very clear time and progress. this poor courier company has collected 8 June 17:40 in transit at 19:30 9 June at hub JHB. Monday 12th 07:08 "0ut on delivery" I tried since this morning to get hold of the key people to 1. confirm target delivery time to plan my day. 2. "So called Customer services" has no record of what the plan deliver time is ."between 14:00 and 17:00 may be delivered?????" 2.1 Warehouse? manager and driver are not available I must phone again after 14:00. In the meantime, I still try to plan my day. with this 3 hr window. 2.2 No success to speak to the key people after 14:00. At end I as "customer service to give message to driver and so called WH manager I have some urgent things I have go and do thus delivery must be after 16:00 please. 2.3 Well it is now 17:10 and no sign of delivery or update on their so-called tracing system.
