TWO DAMAGED PARCELS IN TWO CONSECUTIVE DELIVERIES

I have had two consecutive deliveries completely destroyed by Courier Guy. First one was in a postal tube (and not a thin tube) which arrived completely crushed and the artwork inside the tube has a large gash through it. Then, a replacement art piece for an exhibition (the first one was also destined for this exhibition) they delivered the artwork with the frame damaged - it has obviously had something dropped on it - the frame has a chunk broken out of it and the glass is completely shattered. Despite having multiple FRAGILE stickers all over it the driver obviously did not exercise any care whatsoever. The first offense took place on 13 November. The support department is not demonstrating any urgency to do with this matter whatsoever. I would not recommend Courier Guy to anyone and in fact, discourage anyone from thinking that this is a company that cares about its clients. I am probably going to close my account with Courier Guy after being a client for more than five years.
