TV Delivery

I had a TV Delivered by courier guys, Where a document was signed that the item was received in Good condition. On delivery i open the item up and was damaged from man handling. When i informed them their response was they cant be liable for any damages. I then asked about the insurance i took out on it, they responded it was not packaged correctly so they wont cover. This is ridiculous service from a courier company. Unprofessional service
