So now that our government can make laws that totally go against the Constitutional rights of us South African citizen's, Taking Assets without compensation which by the way is actually called theft, Companies like The Courier Guy, PUDO Locker Division thinknthey can do the same. Since when can companies add Terms and Conditions for there services that blatantly goes against our human rights and constitution and think they can get away with it. Well just a warning, I don't have cash to get a fancy lawyer, but I am in I.T. and one of my subjects which I was good at was Ethical Hacking. And pause people. I will not do anything ********. But what I will do is create a little script that I will set free on our world wide web, that will remind people of what PUDO and Company are prepared to do to you on a daily basis on all social formats and run it until PUDO close there doors or change there policies. Why am I so mad . Well I just got ****** , and then my assailant emails me to rub it in that I will not get refunded and told me that it's only in the terms and Conditions for regular users. So what happened.Well I live In StruisBaai and for those people that don't know, When all the birds walk the wind is a little strong. So this morning I load extra funds on my PUDO app to assist sending a parcel to a Christian School in JBay and I get to the locker in StruisBaai. I casually put the pin in and press ok. Well, they don't tell you before you put the pin in which locker will pop and my luck the one furthest away to my right pops totally open, instantly on pressing OK. And in . 007 microseconds closes at the speed of sound actually making a sonic boom. Locked, I suppose that's why they call it a locker. But I still have the package in my hand. So the painfully long saga begins. Start with WhatsApp ,I think I got a response from a human 2 hours later while in hold with PUDo. I started a live chat that ended badly causing all this ruckus. Because after calling The Courier Guy In Bredasdorp and Cape Town being promised that something would happen. I get a response via my email on the live chat saying " Your service has been cancelled. You do not qualify for a refund so go f**k yourself.

So I finally get a number for PUDO and the woman tells me " Oh you have used the Service before. Our Terms & Conditions Say we are allowed to take your money and not even provide the service you paid for unless you pay again. People that's exactly what it is. Plain common theft. Our Government can do it, so why can't we. Well The Courier Guy and I hope you got Good Lawyers , because personally I think you got ******s. Your company cannot make rules that blatantly break the laws of our country. If you offer me a service and due to your own negligence and bad design of your flawed locker system fail to provide me with a service I paid for and you do not refund me or make adequate alternatives. It's Theft. Plain Theft. And we are going to find out who the big man is that sits in the big chair eating bananas all day and I am going to the police station and Lay chargers of theft, and I don't do this without doing homework. I have provincial Prosecutor that said he will run with it because , these big corporates think they can do as they please. Instead of being dumb asses and telling customers you going to rob them in your T&C's, rather be proactive and terminate your current I.T. technical managers , and rather say to the customer" After entering your pin and opening your locker, Please remain in front of your locker for 1 minute to ensure that the door locks, Maybe there should be a 2 Step procedure to opening your locker . Insert pin and press ok..the location of your locker will be displayed on screen. When you are comfortable that you know which locker it is press OK and the locker will open.

But no. It's easier *****ing our money. And I want to tell you something else. I was brought up in the Army. My Dad Was a Brigadier when he stepped out and I was permanent force too.
