Trash!!!Service has dropped below average

There should really be a zero rating.My mom dropped off a parcel at her locker in EC on Sunday and I realised that it hadn’t even moved on Tuesday,I message PUDO and they tell me a technician will be sent that very same day as there’s an issue with the lockers.Two days later still hasn’t been picked up,I asked them to just drop the parcel off at my moms work(5blocks away) and I would just send the parcel through aramax…guess what?no one will respond to me and and now my parcel is in jhb but at the hub and I cannot get it.Do yourself a favour South Africa and never use this trash of a delivery service,their service delivery has downgraded along with the government.They will only respond to you when they want to,even though I was ready to let my money go.Now now stuff I guarantee you is spoiled and broken and they won’t even care.
