I bought something online and it was shipped using The courier guy . On the day I was supposed to get it I get an email saying my parcel failed to be delivered because no one came. I call head office and they say I was supposed to fetch it at mamelodi west police station. Mind you nobody communicated that to me prior... I don't even live near that police station

Fine the next day I go to the police station and called head office again... a guy named Siyabonga tells me they can't contact the person who has my parcel so I'll just have to look around

Mind you Im not fami**** with the place and also it's a very big police station with a number of parking lots

Poor service... do not recommend
