Traffic Accident

I am disappointed with the response so far regarding an accident involving a vehicle belonging to The Courier Guy. I called the Head Office number 3 times, explained the reason for my call and the importance of it and requested to be put through to the Director in charge and was told that it was not possible for my call to be transferred as requested. I also sent an email and received a very general reply asking for details such as date and place of the accident and the registration number. I rep**** with the details as requested and have still not heard back from anybody. I believe that the nature and the circumstances surrounding this accident requires a discussion with one of your Directors or, which is what I have been asking for. I await a reply.
