Tracking Website

I used to Never have problems with them but the last few times it was just utter chaos.

The tracking website states something but when you phone the offices to confirm the status of your parcel the office stated something completely different.

My parcel is at the hub, so the tracking states, but when I phoned the office the lady confirmed that the parcel is in transit and that the tracking website is incorrect.

The previous time the same thing happened except my parcel was nowhere to be found. The website clearly stated that my parcel has been collected from the locker but after the tracking website stated it has been delivered one of the offices phoned me to confirm that in fact there was no parcel when he opened the locker…

Really disappointed
