Tracking a delivery ... excellent immediate assistance

We are hugely impressed with the service received from The Courier Guy. This morning our Son's friend sent him a parcel which we were not aware of. When the Courier, Funi, arrived I sent him back as the name on the parcel was incorrect (his friend's name) but the address was ours. Just as the Courier left, our son walked in and told us that the parcel was indeed for him. I quickly called the Office in Johannesburg and was immediately put through to the Operations Manager who listened to me with such attention. He said he was aware of the parcel and asked me to hold on whilst he got hold of the Driver, Funi. He immediately got hold of him and asked him to return to our address. The Driver had already lodged the address/name query with the office and we are glad that they deliver the great service. We will definitely recommend the courier service to everyone.
