My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. I made arrangements to stay home and collect it. It wasn’t delivered and there was no communication from the courier guy as to why. The next day, I contacted them on email and WhatsApp. It was difficult to communicate with them as they did not give me a clear response, just kept telling me they’re escalating the matter to a specialised department. Eventually they told me it would be delivered that day and could not confirm a time. Once again it was not delivered, no communication from them. I still have not received it and I don’t know if/when I will. 10/10 do not recommend this company.
