TOP UP PAYMENT MISSING

I always had very good service from The Courier Guy. But more than a week ago I made a payment to my Pudo account for R50 that they didn't credited to my account. It is impossible seems to me to sort out a R50 problem. And it is suppose to be easy. All my effort to try to sort it out cost me more than R50.
