Too many Failed collections and Bad driving in Malibongwe

This company is pathetic. If you book for collection, their drivers will come only after 2 days. They used to collect on the same day. They update on their system saying Faile collection because the parcel was not ready. They have done in more than 10 consecutive times for me. I call and send emails each and every time asking when my parcels will be collected. Something really changed there as they used to be good and quick. My parcel to Cape Town is still at Jhb Hub since the 19th of May. They are cheap as their service. I do couriers every week and things just changed.

Please your drivers drive like Taxi Drivers with mo regard of other motorists.
