I would like to sincerely commend Roslin for the exceptional assistance and care she provided this morning. I had been extremely frustrated after my parcel repeatedly showed as a failed delivery because the wrong phone number had been added to the parcel, making it impossible for the driver to reach me. Roslin took ownership of the situation, contacted the driver directly, and managed to arrange for my parcel to be delivered later that same day. What touched me most was that after our call was unexpectedly disconnected, she made the effort to call me back and ensure everything was resolved. Her patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made such a difference. I truly appreciate her support and dedication. May she be blessed abundantly!
