Title: Extremely Poor Service and Lack of Communication – The Courier Guy Mahikeng

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from **The Courier Guy**, specifically the **Mahikeng branch**.

My shipment has been sitting with them for **two weeks** without being delivered. This is unacceptable for a courier company that is supposed to provide reliable and timely delivery services.

What makes the situation even worse is the **complete lack of communication**. No one from the branch contacted me to explain the delay or inform me about any issues with the delivery. As a customer, I should not have to chase the courier company for information about my own shipment.

Another major problem is that delivery attempts appear to be made **after business hours**, when the receiving facilities are already closed. The delivery location operates **between 08:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday**, yet the courier still attempts deliveries outside these hours, which obviously results in failed deliveries and further delays.

This shipment should have been delivered **last week**, but instead it has been unnecessarily delayed due to poor coordination and lack of communication from the branch.

For a company of this size, this level of service is very disappointing. I strongly hope management addresses these operational and communication issues so that other customers do not experience the same frustration.
