Thumbs up for great customer service at The Courier Guy!

I always get great service from The Courier Guy, but today they were exceptional. I needed to change a parcel that I sent to a kiosk which is far from the receiver of the parcel, to a locker which is nearer. I called The Courier Guy on *** and was assisted by Xolani Lavisa. He was very polite and professional and assisted me to do the redirection of the parcel. Thanks so much for your patience Xolani and for great customer service.
