This company used to be professional and reliable but recent changes to their systems seem to have created havoc: last 2 deliveries have both been over a day late, initially being sent to wrong hub and the getting delivery confirmation SMS for x day only

This company used to be professional and reliable but recent changes to their systems seem to have created havoc: last 2 deliveries have both been over a day late, initially being sent to wrong hub and the getting delivery confirmation SMS for x day only for it to be delivered late without any explanation or apology. They are also the ignoring customer complaints via email and WhatsApp. I’m cancelling all standing orders with companies who rely on The Courier Guy as their logistics partner as their service is no longer reliable, professional or customer focused
