This company is beyond unprofessional

This company is beyond unprofessional. They ********ly retained my shipment and refuse to deliver on grounds of an account being in arrears. I do not have an account with them and have paid for the shipment upfront. They wouldn't even indicate the amount they claim to be owing. I would love my shipment to be delivered since I paid for this.
