This company has lost it's way, I am done.

I booked my parcel for collection online on a Sunday (06/09/2026) under Priority Regional and it was collected on Monday the 7th around 8H30am with an estimated delivery of the 8th or the 9th, the parcel did not leave the hub until the 8th afternoon around 17H16 and reached Jhb hub at night, today is the 9th and the parcel is still at the hub, when I call the agent is rude and tells me they will send it tomorrow, I asked why they did not prioritize it as they should because I paid extra for just that, the attitude stinks and this company is really starting to have a raised ego and total disregard to their client needs, let alone what the customer deserves, you pay extra for a service that you will never get, all you get is an attitude, Parcel Tracking : 37DDNQ
