Third party vehicle accident with The Courier Guy panelvan

I was involved in an accident with one of the Courier Guy panelvans in a parking area and was not resolved or properly communicated to me after it was clearly identified the misconduct from the Courier guy driver was as a direct result of Not driving a roadworthy vehicle at the time of the accident. After almost a year no resolution was forthcoming from the Courier guy company or their insurance company and will have to take legal action against the courier guy which will cost the company way more than to settle with me directly. I have all the details and have send letter of demand already with no response.
