THINK twice before you let The Courier Guy handle your money

I have been using the Courier Guy for almost a year now. I shipped a parcel where they quoted R174 and then charged me R1900. I disputed but they still charged me that amount claiming they charged me for the volume which was greater than the mass. I paid, because I need to service my clients. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, they promised that my account will be activated again. It is 5 days later, my account is still on hold. They are not refunding me, nor activating my account. Consider using another courier company. You will spend more time sorting out their admin, than spending time giving your clients good service.
