Thievery at Courier Guy
I have used them for years no issue. Until 2 weeks ago sending and paying for the largest Deposit box available as it was 2 big items. They took 9 days to get delivered and once delivered only 1 item. They claim that’s what was in the locker. Ridiculous why did I select the most expensive locker for 1 item. Secondly what about surveillance camera’s seeing that it was at the Engen Woolies Tiger Waterfront. The supposed lady that needs to communicate and resolve it in Durban pulls up her shoulders and says she doesn’t know and she’s going to block me. That’s how they resolve issues. I have another big order to send but I can’t trust these ****** again

Irrelevant of size and weight? Really why does it not clearly state ONLY 1 Item per locker. Instead it reads box dimensions and max load of up to 20kg. Nowhere it states that 1 item only.
It’s obviously a lame excuse because I use Courier Guy for years and I sent multiple items in 1 locker before.
And besides does that give them the right to just remove it and keep it and play ******** upon questioning? Then threaten to block you. The audacity. I’ll never use them again. Beware people these are big time cleptomaniacs
