They will break your goods with no apology or refund

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with The Courier Guy. I recently delivered a golf club through them, which was broken on arrival. It was wrapped in bubblewrap, based off of their suggestion.

When I told them about the breakage, they said that bubble wrap was not sufficient protection. At no point was I told how they deliver their goods and what the packaging requirements are. Which from my research is against the South African consumer act.

They have not offered me an apology or any recompense for breaking my goods. They have been near impossible to get a hold of. They do not care about their customers or their customers goods. From my experience they are terrible company.
