They we supposed to deliver parcel at my address as per order details, they updated me and tell the order will be delivered at the stated address

They we supposed to deliver parcel at my address as per order details, they updated me and tell the order will be delivered at the stated address. Later on I received email that I have to collect the order at different location which is 5km away from my address When I contact them they told me that unfortunately due to recent hijack I have to collect the parcel at that location
