They still our parcel

On the 13th of December my parcel was lost at the nelspruit depot they never told me anything I was the one who kept calling them to find out what's happening on my parcel they said they will investigate and get back to me they never did 1st week of January I went to their depot I was given an email address to send my receipt so they can refund me they never reply called their manager Dwayne he said I must send an email to his personal email address he never rep**** till this day my R3350 is gone
