They need help!

They were one great Courier company but then I dont know what happend, they dont answer phones they drop the phone in a clients ear when there is clients in the Koisk, when it comes to pick up it is a mess! Normale they are fast and I do understand COVID19 and all but to take 3 working days for a Pick up to be booked and been cancelled aswell after the 4 day then when you call they already picked up and it is at the depo well the email said they didnt pick up!! Will never make use of The Courier guy Polokwane myself and I am not the only one in Polokwane that feels this why!! Head office needs to do somthing
