They might not be so bad after all

Thank you to Vumani from the Rustenburg Kiosk of The Courier Guy for handling a very difficult customer (me) in a very professional manner and quickly resolving my problem. He clearly explained the issue they had with a driver to me and assured me my package will be delivered before end of business day. I explained to him that it's difficult customers like me that forces a company to review their operations policies and procedures and improve them. Look after your difficult customers because they are the reason you're a good company.
