They just couldn't give a f....

Did have a day in which courier company Amazon used. Unfortunately it was The Courier Guy. They said between 8am and 1pm. They are delivering at 1pm. I paid extra for next day delivery but waited 5 hours. Also called them to confirm the time. They cut my call twice. They said the delivery guys mobile number doesn't seem to work. I don't appreciate the vagueness and the waste of my time. It now costs me money to pay people that had a job to do that didn't do it cos I'm sitting waiting for a delivery. When I told the respondent why I needed to know and asked if I could waste 5 of their hours, she said she doesn't know how to respond to that. They are not interested in your personal time. She also said it's fair and reasonable because it's their busy period. Like I should all of a sudden be okay that you're busy but you just ignore that I'm busy. It's beyond effed. No thanks courier guy. I don't recommend them at all. And they won't care to do respond. But at least someone will see this.
