They have lost the plot!!!

Service is shocking. This used to be a decent courier company but has seriously lost the plot.

You cannot get hold of a soul. The phones just ring and messages are never returned.

Deliveries can take weeks in some cases, even when booked as an over night service.

The managers simply do not care. The company clearly does not care about its reputation due the lack of response to the many valid claims on here.

If you are looking or a courier company, save yourself enormous amounts of frustration and use someone else.
