They don't care about their clients

I've been trying to call them since 7 o'clock in the morning to tell them I want to come and collect my parcel but they did not answer now they telling me they opened at 7 to take out the parcels and closed again. Like I need my parcel and they refusing to give it to me they want me to pay R450 which I don't have had they answered my calls I would have gotten my parcel myself I'm not asking them to deliver of which I've paid for the delivery ... Bad service bad bad bad
