They deserve less than one star

I gave one star because that was the minimum requirement for me to be able to post.

After MANY personal parcels with fragile stickers on were broken I ordered a bed online and they use Courier Guy to deliver.

My base was dropped out of the truck I front of me and fell into the street, I called the company I ordered from and they immediately set about sending a new base. Which, surprise! Arrived broken aswell. The drivers and delivery staff are rude and arrogant and demanded I accept the order and sign. I refused, I don’t need another broken base from them.
