They courier guy

Absolutely so sick and tired of this company. We have order overnight shipment on the 12 December due to our stock that can't be outside a fridge for to long. Since the 13 December it just keeps saying it's in transit. Phone this morning and courier guys just says we will open a ticket and phone operations. To see where our parcel is. Not to say when I asked okay so we paid for overnight courier and it's the 18 December already all they say is we understand and they are so sorry. I lost around R3000 in business for the day and the product will not be here today so we will have to show it away which is another R1000 down the drain. Phoned again and it's just the same please stay on the line while I phone operations. Nothing been done yet at all my parcel is nowhere to be found.
