They completelh destroyed my packages

I sent a package. Its was completely broken and smashed when it arived at client. It looks like someone drove over it

The courier guy says it was not marked fragile and that why if looks like this.

So they can handle your package with destruction aslong as its not marked fragile

They dont cate about you as client And this is nog the first package they destroyed of mine
