They cancelled my shipment without refund

Cancelled Shipment

After many attempts to have a parcel collected by the courier guy PUDO (with payment already made) my shipment was cancelled and no was refund offered. I have emailed the company, contacted them on WhatsApp everyday in the last week , at first they said my parcel was allocated to the wrong driver and now I booked the wrong locker but I booked extremely large locker and my shipment cancelled. They claims that it’s my fault is invalid however I use this on a regular regular basis.
