They came through eventually...

I had a package sent to Durban when it was supposed to just go to Joburg, so they had to reroute the package to get it to the right facillity to be sent. I would not have been annoyed by this at all if I did not pay nearly R200 for a birthday card to be sent overnight... it arrive two days late. I still might not have been vexed by this, but I would have liked a refund. Maybe the price I paid minus what it would have cost for standard delivery would be nice. I do not know -- maybe that is asking too much since they delivered it in the end. What do you think?
