They break your packages and DENY ALL RESPONSIBILITY!

Over the last month they have damage 3 of my packages and the DENY ALL RESPONSIBILITY even when it breaks in their warehouse due to lack of care and negligence by their employees. They have a don't care attitude and just send you the terms and conditions. I have followed all of their steps to package my items to prevent breakages but they cant train their employees to handle them with care. It is impossible to get hold of them on your first try, you will have to try about 5 times before someone answers. Their service is terrible and don't care attitude is concerning. STAY away from this company.
